FINAL UPDATE: When I got the User Manual by e-mail, the time, date, or alarm could not be set. Wound up sending it back to Amazon.It might be a nice alarm clock BUT CAME WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS ! Couldn't set time, alarm, or volume of alarm. Hope I can find out.Just wanted to add this. The item I received seems NOT to have the features as advertised. For example it claims that the light can be pink, range, red, etc, whereas I only get purple and white. Am still looking into this with SVINZ. If I find that this item has not been advertised correctly I will make a formal complaint to Amazon.UPDATE: I was quite surprised to get a reply from SVINZ within 30 minutes after I sent an e-mail message to support@svinz.com.The sent a PDF of the User Manual.UNFORTUNATELY, NONE of the instructions worked. NONE! For example, it said to set TIME and DATE to press the time/set button 2 seconds and the hour number will start to flash. It didn't. It said to set the alarm 1 to press the alarm1 button 2 seconds and you will get a BUZZ or FM on the screen. It didn't happen. Still trying to get this resolved, The toggle to get other colors other than purple or white does not work as advertised either.

This clock is so complicated to set and to use that I find it totally unusable!It has rubber buttons on top that are impossible to read.It's the worst clock I have ever seen.I spent over an hour trying to set it and failed.IT IS GOING BACK!

I bought this alarm clock mostly for the two alarms feature. So the clock arrives without the Amazon return paperwork included in the box, I guess that was an omen of things to come. After setting up alarm #1 for days 1-5 and alarm #2 for days 6-7 I had no alarm on days 6-7 and have both alarms operating on days 1-5!! The other defect in the clock is that when the AC pwr is interrupted and after it is restored the memory settings are not accurate to the original settings, making it totally unreliable during short power failures.If all you need is a clock radio with decent sound along with a night light feature then this might be worth your consideration (2 stars).My only other thought on this clock radio is that I would never recommend it to my technophobic friends or family because I'm sure they would find it far too complicated to set up and they'd hate me forever!!!

I got this alarm clock because of it's clean display - just the time, am/pm indicator, and whether the alarm is set or not, and the display is easy to read with white numbers on black background. I really like the looks of the clock, it's just what I wanted. However, operating it is another story. The buttons are difficult to read and operate - black writing on black buttons, and they seem difficult to press. And, it's not at all intuitive. I read the instructions in the manual several times before I got the date/time set up. I don't know if my clock has defective buttons or what, but I could not follow the instructions to get the radio stations preset. I finally pressed a button on the right side of the clock that made the preset 01 come up and managed to get a couple more presets done before it stopped working again. I'm not sure if I will keep this clock or not, I don't want to read the instructions every time I want to change something on it. I'll use it for a few days and make my decision then. SVINZ - please redesign your buttons!!!

I am a very heavy sleeper and can easily smack snooze in my sleep. Up until now, every alarm clock I have purchased has simply disabled the snooze button after a couple of uses, leaving the alarm to sound until I actually turned it off. It would appear that the designers of this unit did not feel such due diligence was required. After a couple uses of the snooze button, this alarm figures it's done enough and simply stops sounding.I overslept the very first time I used it and now it is relegated to the living room as a bluetooth speaker / disco light to amuse my parakeets, but even then it took a label-maker to render the buttons usable in full daylight. They seem to like it, but I am not impressed.

Not really crazy about this clock. Sure it works ok, the alarm goes off when it needs to. But some things about it just annoy me.- its too bright, even on the dimmest setting. I can't imagine ever needing the night light at all with all the brightness coming from the time display.- the buttons are clunky. Never seen a clock with buttons like this - they are those weird vinyl covered things, well maybe not vinyl but its like something you would find on flashlight. I don't recall ever seeing this style of button on a clock and I don't know why they are like that.- switching modes between Clock/Bluetooth/FM is slow and sometimes it wiggs out completely and gets stuck, I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it working again.Overall it's not terrible and it does what it is supposed to do. It's just not for me and I have a replacement on the way - will probably stick this one in some corner but it is not staying in the bedroom.

at first I was very happy because it was working good and also looks nice. 2 months later stop working it does not connect to Bluetooth and the speaker are not working i don't even connect to my phone often and I Don't play the music that often maybe once every 3-5 days. I'm so disappointed because I cannot even return it because it's been more than 30 days but only 2 months how sad!

I set time according to directions. very complicated. I set the alarms and the went off fine. When I tried to cancel the alarm because I didn't need that time anymore, It was impossible. I followed the directions exactly. The alarm goes off every morning at the same time. Had to unplug it completely to give us some peace.

radio sound and light was good, however when it connected to bluetooth it was extremely fuzzy and would cut in and out during the song. I returned it for a full refund so the seller is good maybe i just got a faulty one

service was great the clock I found is complicated to set u really have to read and re-read info but after u figure it out no problem.

Terrible product. The buttons only work some of the time especially the snooze button. This also makes it impossible to program. Hasn't worked right since day one. I would steer clear.
