Good looking easy to install
This lock looks good. I tested before installing. It is easy to install it and reset the pins. It also has keys for emergency. It needs one hit to wake up the keypad. Easy to lock, just press the lock button, this is better than my old one which needs holding any key for five seconds. overall I like it. Only minor issue is missing one small screw.

This was a great purchase
I had been looking for one to buy for my house entry from the garage. It looks great, it was really simple installation, the features to lock and unlock are easy to use, and the panel lights up once you touch it so you can work it in the dark!

Keypad dead bolt
The dead bolt I bought didn't function properly. When I finally got it work, it would only unlock using the keypad. Had to lock it by key or know. Basically it was a simple dead bolt lock you can buy at Lowe's for $15. I returned it for a refund.

Have had since July, now not working
I have loved this product until now!I have tried restoring to factory settings, changing batteries, double checked myself over again, and read all the manualIt won’t lock, it just goes to lock and immediately unlock. And when trying to unlock (after manually locking), it goes to unlock and immediately lock. It’s almost glitching.I tried to restore to original settings and it didn’t restore at all. And there’s no way for me to contact the seller

Worked for 9 months
I really liked this lock at first. It worked just fine for about 9 months. Recently the deadbolt cylinder became bent somehow. I think it didn’t unlock completely and someone was pushing on the door thinking it was unlocked. Things went downhill quickly then. It struggled to lock and unlock for maybe a week and now it is just unresponsive.Not even sure what caused this; it was probably kids trying to get in when the lock started having trouble. But- it prob shouldn’t bend anyway.

getting improvements
After my review I have been in contact with the seller that promised to make a installation video and Better instructions improvements withQ&A section. I would give another try when the improvements are made this lock is a good lock when you are able to install it properly following good instructions.

5 min installation
this smart lock it very easy to use and install. I replaces my old key lock with this keyless lock. it takes me 5 min to do the installation with out drill hole. it fit exactly to my old door setup. the password setup was easy and simple.
