I recommend telling the seller your feet measurements before buying he has a size guide on his page. This way you will get the correct shoe size. Mine were a little big could have probably done with a size down but was my fault for not reading the seller guide.Shoes look actually really good which was a nice surprise. But I got them for squatting offering a strong flat base and heel to help get to depth. Feel good quality and have lasted without any damage for 3 months use. Still look as good as when I got them.

Immediately after the purchase the seller contacted me on how to measure up for the best fitting shoe. It turns out they are quite a bit smaller than I ordered so we changed the size with no issues.I have flat feet and usually squat without sole support (not ideal). These definitely support the sole and I feel significantly more quad activation. There is discomfort in my feet similar to what I felt when I first used supportive running trainers.I am happy with the product and will update the review once I have had more time to become accustomed to the changes to my movement patterns.
