Futurelife Cereal Banana Flavour - 500g

The low gi nature of the cereal allows the slow release of energy make it good from a sports nutrition perspective. I use it before long running events and it provides a long lasting energy boost. I would not use anything else. I only, wish is it was more widely available in the uk to bring the price down to the levels paid in south Africa.

Loving the banana flavour! Great product. And for the adventurous ..try mixing banana with the original flavour (vanila) or mixing it with the chocolate flavour ..or the strawberry flavour ...or mix them all together any way you like to make your own hybrid bowl of awesome :)Recommended

It test lovelyI will buy it again you can use it as porridge or shake. You can just add warm water or milk is good for the health.
