Q: how do i open it to put water in? top is completely frozen tight

After putting water in the water reservoir you screw it on to the 2nd part of the device. Then you’ll flip out the wand & press the “on” button. Of course, you’ll put the batteries in 1st and before you turn it on be sure to put the “wand” under you. Basically everything is self-explanatory when you see the device. While I’ve not used it yet, I hope to when I travel. With arthritis in my back, my age & being overweight…..it’s very difficult to clean myself without a bidet. (p.s. I’ve also ordered this for my nieces who are in their 60s.)

Q: This looks very large; is it awkward to use?

It's not as big as it looks here, but won't fit in a small purse. Pretty easy to use.

Q: Is it better than a spray bottle?

I've never tried a spray bottle, but this worked well post surgery.

Q: How long is the adjustable nozzel?

about 5 inches. Works well, only wish the reservoir was larger.
