The headphones are not worth keeping find a different pair but all together the keypad is very nice definitely worth the money

been using this for working at home everyday for almost a year - never had a problem.

I ordered this because I work from home and wanted something that was less bulky than a standard landline phone. This is very compact and takes up very little desk space. A great feature is that you can set the phone to ring in the headphones, so when it rings you hear it in your ears but it doesn't disturb anyone else. The headset is very comfortable. The ear volume is fair. It could be a little louder but I haven't had any complaints as to whether or not I can be heard by customers. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the headset isn't very durable. The cushion fell off the earpiece a few weeks after I received it, the plastic piece that is on the side without the earpiece broke off and the bar that goes over your head broke off and I had to tape it until I could get another one.

This product sucks! It randomly turns on. I have missed several calls this way. It's not even 4 of 5 months old! You can not hear well over the heads set. The sound quality is serious no good! I am very dissatisfied with this this product. There is not even a mute button on it either.

Works as advertised.But my headset broke after just 5 months of daily use.It broke right at the neck of the ear speaker and Headband.The plastic is of a type that will not stick to superglue.I had to use a 2 part putty epoxy to fix the head seat. Otherwise it works fine.

I feel badly submitting a low review for this product because it actually works pretty well. The problem is that when the microphone mute button is pressed there is no indication on the display that you are on mute mode or not in mute mode when you press it again. The words New and COSMOS flash but there is no explanation in the thin manual what that means. I use that control often when in telephone conferences and it is very disconcerting to not know if the other participants can hear me or not. I contacted the company using the "any questions" email address in the manual but never got a reply. I will be returning the device.

I finally found a phone and headset that works great. No AC or DC power is required. No hassle on interference on the bandwidth. The sound is good. I am a happy camper.

I like this phone. It’s very basic and qualifies for my WAH job. It’s basic. Nothing fancy. The head piece is comfortable and you can switch sides when one ear become too mushed.
