I love these for getting in my sauna blanket and not having to clean the blanket after. You just slide in with this soft fabric and then when it's done, you can fold up your sauna blanket and put it away and these are easy to wash. We also do put them on tumble dry low and they dry and don't shrink. Happy with this purchase!

Ive been using my infrared sauna blanket for a while from a certain company that sold the towel component for too much. I decided to forgo theirs and used a body plastic bag to trap sweat. However, it still transmits the heat. When I saw this sauna blanket for half the price, and it has extras, I jumped on it. I still use the plastic bag and put this over it so that I won't seat directly on it. It is a game changer as it helps deflect the heat directly on my skin and makes the sauna experience so much better. The added bonuses were a plus. What can I say. Likely will get two!

It's ridiculous to make it so short. It measures 5'4" (64") long x 31", after first wash and air dried only. Once you put your feet in it it's even shorter. And if you a a big person it's even shorter while its on you.Because its so short I burn my shoulders in the sauna blanket. I'm over 6 feet tall, so the only way i can use this is to cut the bottom out wear tall shocks. It sucks that I cant find a taller option as this is nice other wise.
