Compact and easy to use
Let me start off with the device itself. It is compact (6 x 3 x 3 cms) and seems robust - the ones with a built in did[play are much bigger (and probably heavier) When the app is in stalled on your phone it gives immediate readings. Its size means you could carry it with you and take readins whenever you wanted to. Once you open an account (free) the results are stored so you can consult them later and compare with other readings. I have only tried it with an Android device. Now for the instructions and the apps. I thought long and hard whether to award 4 or 5 stars to this product due to an issue with the instructions. The QR code led me to a Chinese language website and I reluctantly loaded the app by selecting what I thought would be the correct box to click on (I cannot read a word of Chinese!). This resulted in some apps being loaded to my phone. One was something that sat on the side of the screen and linked to more Chinese stuff, the other was an app for the oximeter. When the device was plugged in I got immediate readings, but after a short time my ringtone sounded, but no-one was phoning. I deleted the apps from my phone.I also own an AUPALLA fitness tracker. When I bought it I received an email from them before the tracker was even delivered describing a firmware update. Bearing this I'm mind I decided to contact AUPALLA. I received an email within a couple of hours pointing me to an app on Google play. I installed it and all works perfectly. I emailed back to AUPALLA to let them know this had done the trick and they got back to me to say they would email buyers to inform them where to install the app from and get their technical department to alter the instructions. It was Aupalla's excellent customer service that made me decide to award 5 stars

Effective.Simple to use and battery free
Arrived promptly in robust little box . Simple instructions with android and iphone adaptors included. Simply download app plug device into mobile and away you go . No batteries needed .Gives o2 saturation /perfusion ,heartbeat and breaths per minute. Then if you scroll down on app there is information and tips based on the results youve obtained (this general advice not personal medical advice ). These tips seem.pertinent and, reasonably accurate I found . NB :If your phone is 2017 Huawei you will need a type C adapter for android connection . The I phone conection included in box was fine on my ipad mini . Tried product on both .

Didn't work properly so I returned it.
I downloaded the app to my phone, then when I plugged in the device it delivered data for about 1 minute, then stopped and said I have to plug in the cable, but of course it was already plugged in. The only way to get the connection again was to restart my phone and open the app, but after about a minute the same thing happened, every time. I was planning to tape this to my finger and wear it in bed whilst sleeping, but really the finger-sensor is too big and bulky and also the cable to connect to the phone is far too short. I've returned it to amazon and ordered a smaller device with a bluetooth connection to the phone.

A great gadget! Good way to keep tabs on your health
This is a fantastic little gadget for anyone who is health conscious :) The app and device is very easy to use and it seems to be very accurate too. I love the fact that the app will store historic data and give you health tips too. I have also shown it to some of my students who were all very interested to know how they get on with it too!

Excellent. Data recording. Assessment for OSA.
Excellent product. Definitely recommend. Particularly good for recording SpO2 observations.Only downside is finding the right app in the App Store (my parents aren't savvy with QC codes)

Not entirely accurate but not bad
Device reads my sats slightly low compared to hospital devices and resp rate displayed in the app is double my actual resp rate, but it's a nice little gadget. Would love to see apple Healthkit integration for this product

Decepcion total
