honestly really great product and super easy to use. i’ve been having back pain from work recently. i have been using this daily for the past week and I can feel this is definitely helping relieve my pain already!

I have been dealing with shoulder muscle pain for a while now. I used to think it was a pinched nerve until a friend mentioned it could be muscle related. My girlfriend uses this on my back every other night and it has absolutely helped! Now that we have this lymphatic massager her hands don't get so sore from working it out.We also have a 10 y.o. German Shepard who is dealing with some back muscle issues and the way this massager is shaped almost fits his back perfectly!Works great on my legs after runs as well!

I was hoping this could help with some of my muscle tension. Sadly it does not. I have a very small build and thin frame and this does not feel good when using it. I have a muscle disorder though with muscle atrophy. I assume with normal muscles and build it would be a great product. Comes in a nice black bag, with drawstring closure. The product is beautiful it is just not for someone with a bony frame that has muscle issues. I am giving the product a full star review because it is so pretty and not there fault or issue that it did not work out for me.

Works on getting the knots out of tight muscles just not so sure how to use correctly.

Product is smooth on the skin, time will tell about the results, but I can feel tissue below the skin being compressed. Usually lymphatic drainage results are seen the days after the message. I would recommend.

This is an excellent tool for massaging any part of the body but an even better tool for lymphatic movement. I use it on my legs, hips, calves to help cellulite and water retention. It really will make your skin start to wake up and may feel itchy with redness but it relieves so much extra fluid , it will also heat your body up hike using

So I am not sure how to use this. It didn't come with instructions but came with a scan for more square that didn't work. As in other reviews the balls are not smooth and snag on clothes. Not what I'd hoped.
