Awesome purchase
We ordered personalized six mugs for our football Coaches and they turned out great! The printing is great and exactly what we wanted. The only issue is that the color runs a little after cleaning them in the dishwasher, and they are s’pose to be dishwasher safe. Still, great gift and shipped quickly. I would definitely order them again and I actually did order two more.

Nice Picture BUT Not Dishwasher safe
I had pictures of my grandchildren printed on the coffee mug, the picture quality was great and the shipping was faster than I expected. BUT the product had a big tag on the item not dishwasher safe. Turns out the picture will fade since the print is on the surface of the cup, not embedded into the cup glaze, which I am finding out is expensive to do. So, if you are looking for a cup with an image that will last... better get out your wallet and find another more expensive processor.
