The larger, more cost-effective package of this got a full five stars from me, for being the best price for the best product of it's type. I have slight issue with the smaller 'portions' as, very specifically with something like this, there's really very, very little point in not taking a larger package: using this supplement for a short space of time and then stopping, it's hard to see how much benefit there'll be. It's a great product, but I wouldn't recommend this over the larger drum of the same 'Mega Capsules' unless you seriously want them specifically in individual, painkiller-style foil sheets. For home or decanting and for cost-benefit-efficacy, get the bigger drum.

I've taken Creatine by Olymp before, the exact same ones. Capsules are sized reasonably, not a Big pill to swallow. Make sure you drink PLENTY of water with this product. It definitely works, you will see some serious change in size, as well as your energy. It does take some time to fully kick and it alps varies on each and every individual. A healthy diet is recommended. Taking them creatine just for the sake of taking creatine, it's not worth it. You need to put in the hard work and have a diet plan. Overall, stick to the recommended dose and this product will soon become your favourite creatine capsules you have ever taken. I would also recommend taking Milk Thisle to protect your liver sine these dosage is 1250mg per serving. I would rate this a 9.5/10
