I'm not 100% sure if it's the product or placebo effect, but my cramps seem to lessen within a few minutes of applying this serum. I haven't had any terrible cramps to test it on since I ordered it, and I will change my review if I try it on bad cramps and it does nothing. At this point in time, at least, it seems to be effective against minor cramps.
