I bought these to use for my Pilates teacher training. They really do the same job compared to APPI products. Very satisfied withe quality and if you are buying in bulk , this is a cheaper deal . Always suss out quality carefully on Pilates products.

I was skeptical because these are quite a bit cheaper than the professionally branded balance pads. I was also a bit concerned that they might be slightly too small for my (size 12) feet. However, I've had no issues either way. I am using them every day for ankle strengthening and the quality / durability seems good so far. NB with this thickness (6cm) it is genuinely a good ankle workout to do standing on one leg, passing weights etc.

The environmentalist in me feels really bad about buying something like this, which I don't think can be recycled. Unfortunately my dodgy knee cartilage means that I need this type of thing, in order to exercise and stop my joints from getting stiffer. I shall have to try and get many years of use out of them.Slightly spongey texture so you can use either as cushions for knees - or stand on them as balance pads.

I use them when doing pilates with a DVD from APPI , 3D Standing Pilates and this helps me improve my balance and muscle tone

Bought these to improve my balance and posture. Use them every morning whilst doing ablutions at the sink. My partner loves them because they give her extra height!

Exactly the same as I use with my physio, so give good exercise on my legs after suffering a stroke

Ideal for home use and when taking to classes. They are used 3 or 4 times a week and Are wearing well.
