Wow, love this product, it has transformed my pizza making as I can slide the pizza’s in & out of the oven & makes me look like a pro! I like the bevelled edge to get under the pizzas more easily. A word of warning though, I’ve found you can’t roll out the dough and prepare the pizza Direct on the paddle and expect to slide it off onto a pizza stone as it just crumples/sticks to the base!! Simple solution is to pre-bake the base for a few minutes on a pizza tin so it slides on/off the paddle.

Perfect for getting pizzas out from our oven which contains a pizza stone. Getting the pizzas into the oven requires a bit of skill which I've not yet mastered. I will practice and hopefully prevail. The pizza recipe e-book looks good and will provide ideas for future pizza nights. Great!

Great build quality and easy to use. Just be aware no matter how much flour you put on the weight of the pizza topping will always make it hard to move the pizza off. This is not the fault of the peel, it just take practice and technique to get it right every time without causing a mess in your pizza oven!

I read dozens of reviews and information about how to use a pizza peel, and I was left slightly daunted. I eventually went for this and can honestly say I haven't had single problem with it. I use it 3 times a week for transferring sourdough loaves into the oven with ease. I've also had two pizza parties cooking on the big green egg. I use a small sieve to lightly dust the peel with pizza flour containing a mix of '00' flour and fine semolina. Work quickly and it never sticks.

Love the Pizza paddle - an ideal match so we can maximise the Pizza shape to fit the stone in the square-shaped Aldi BBQ pizza oven that we recently bought. Easy to clean and nice & flat to store too. Does the job and with a bit of flour the pizza dough doesn't stick to it. Very happy with it.

I bought this paddle last summer along with a pizza stone and happy with my purchase. If I was to buy it again I would probably look for one as big as my oven (but the dimensions are communicated so no complaint there). I suggest not leaving the pizza too long on the paddle while preparing the pizza as it will stick (I only ever tried using flour in between).

We brought the shovel to help with getting pizzas safely out of the oven. It also helps that its great fun too! Its really well made, looks good and is a real talking point. The small leather strap allows us to hang it on the kitchen wall. An added bonus is that we've also chanced upon a fun present for friends and family so the seller can expect some repeat business.

This has made life so much easier getting things (especially pizzas) in and out of the oven. Very well made and a good product.
