The media could not be loaded. Very Easy to Use. Great quality for the price. It has lots of options if you’re new to respiratory muscle strengthening exercises. Not only will this strengthen your respiratory muscles, but it will also help you to cough up mucus!

Great for TBM
I was diagnosed with TBM a couple years ago. CPAP did not really work for me since it forces mucus back into the airway and can only be used while you're at rest. This device allows you to pull it out wherever and whenever and really helped me.

I can’t get it to work.
The instructions are very incomplete and English words are misspelled. They use the word “mouse” for the word “mouth”. The product does not work. I can’t tell if it’s missing a piece or not.

interesting device
I had seen infomercials for similar devices and decided to give this a try. It came and figuring out how to use it was easy enough. But honestly, with any kind of exercise type of equipment, it's gonna take time to see if it really helps.Can you feel it when used correctly? Yes.Does it make a difference? Honestly? I don't know yet as it will take time to explore, but i can see where a good Maybe can be applied here. So only time will tell
