These anchors are simple to apply, pinning the legs of the trampoline to the earth, safety features and ensuring they will not be budged.

Did the job
Purchased these to tie down a swing set, not a trampoline! The strapping is of very poor quality, did not matter to me as was re-purposing the units, but if you are using for a trampoline, I am going to suggest you purchase different straps or just use rope as any sharp edges (Such as the ends of springs) will nick the strap and I can imagine they will tear very easily. The rods themselves are of OK construction for the price, simple bent rod with cut end making the spike and two circular plates for the screw mechanism which have been welded on. Not the best weld and I can imagine that a few years under the soil surface will cause them to fail - However, in the short term, worked a treat for me. Sunk to the full depth without any issues, once it was 50% of the way in, only minimal downward pressure was required, the screw plates did the rest of the work.No complaints from me, for the price, they are as expected.

Badly designed. Do not work.
RUBBISH! Tried to use for my children's trampoline. Couldn't even screw half way down. Poorly designed so they don't screw down into the ground properly even when a lot of pressure placed on whilst screwing. I tried it in various areas of the garden, the most I could get down was either 1/4 or 1/2 of the way down the metal. Would not recommend this product. I am going to try the corkscrew type ones as they will keep the flow of being screwed down. Instructions were not with the box either so had to look for online instructions.

Does the job but could do with better instructions
One year almost that it is installed and still look strongly anchored. No rust or breaks. Money very well spent.Instructions could be a little clearer or with better quality schematics to explain exactly how to install. It stayed perfectly anchored all winter so I must have done it right but that was guess work. It's not rocket science I suppose but still....

Good in principle, Bad IRL.
In principle these are a great idea, however....The screw element is poorly constructed, and bends quite easily, especially if your ground contains stones, as they simply aren't strong enough. Also, by their design you end up softening up the soil as you drill down, creating a void in which the item is lose in the ground (a lot of movement). The straps are fairly sturdy but I found because the straps were wider than the metal fasteners they were very tricky to actually thread through. Also, with the movement of the metal screw (as detailed previously) it's very difficult to get a secure setup. Not sure how secure they'd actually be in torrential weather.I'm going to resort to using these and quick set cement to avoid the issues i've stated. Therefore extra cost for a small project. Would probably recommend the screw shaft type ones ( where the main central metal part is coiled into a screw shape - hope that makes sense).

Good quality only problem needs soft ground any stones it just stops going down into ground which is a problem when they are very long

Great value, sturdy and work great!
We used to keep a swing set from lift out of the ground and the pegs provied didnt work very well. These have been great and kept the swings feeling sturdy and stopped them lifting.

Trampoline stays where it's supposed to!
Great product. Trampoline is still where it was so that's always a bonus. Instructions were a bit guff but once we worked it out it was fine. Great value!

Size is 30cm not 40cm advertised
I don't think these are going to be long enough to hold down a trampoline. They are only 30cm not 40cm advertised. I have now progressed with screw in the ground fixings which are 50cm long.
