Good size, easy to set up but be aware of slow speed with OpenVPN.
Very small and easy to set up. Only thing to note is that the speed drops to about 6mbps if you are using NordVPN with the OpenVPN protocol on this device. Apparently this is due to the AES256 encryption, which this device is not powerful enough to handle, being used by NordVPN as default setting. Some workarounds with using the Wireguard protocol but it's a bit of a faff to set up if your VPN provider does not support this out of the box (Nord uses a proprietary flavour of this called NordLynx so some hoops to jump through to get it working). Lots of forum posts about this on the GL Net website.

Feature packed for the price
Bought this to add a vpn to my router. Easy to setup in either bridge or repeater mode. Very small and easily portable, the vpn works ok but slower than setting up the same vpn on the laptop. Even so feature packed for the price

Shockingly bad / pointless
Terrible., I'd give it zero stars if I could. I bought it to use when in offshore for work. And once I connected it to the WiFi it was so slow that I was unusable. Web pages wouldn't load and there's was no chance I could stream any length of video. I tried it using lan/wan, it was just as bad. And because I'm offshore I can't return it because I'm outside the time frame for returns apparently. Overall a shockingly bad bit of kit

Light and compact travel router with OpenVPN and Wireguard support. Slow
Good budget solution. When you need security of VPN - for example when you using Public hotspots in pubs and hotels, or when you travelling abroad and need your home country network address to access your work office applications. But you can not installed software VPN on your work laptop. This is the solution. If you need bypass the regional lock on streaming services. For example if you travel abroad you can watch your BBC Player, Prime or Netflix or you have cheep subscriptions for streaming services in other countries (tend to be 3-5 times cheaper than in Europe). Configuration is easy if you installed the Android App for the router, then configure VPN for router in your VPN provider portal, then export configuration to file and load the configuration from the router app. Done. After configuration done, anytime you need VPN - just plug it and use it without any trace of software on your work laptop.Big cons: the speed of the router is very very slow. With VPN on, I got 6mbps on download and 6 mbps to download even same VPN service from computer gives 150 mbps down/20 mbps upload. This is Ok for streaming HD 1080i movies. But it would not work well for 4K content.Network speed is ok for Office applications over the cloud (like Azure or Amazon).MS Teams meetings might struggle if you have good camera setup, so better set your web camera to 360p by default, 720p will have lagging. So if you have a lot business one to one online meetings (MS Teams handling Full HD on those calls) look elsewhere (better buy Mini PC and installed VPN on it).But this router is so compact halve size of the computer mouse and cheep, so I would rather recommend to buy it. However if you need speed and flexibility in configuration for regular working overseas from the places where VPN can be blocked - buy mini PC as the router (but it will cost 5 times more).
