Good strong umbrella that fits well in my handbag and is easy to put up quickly when needed. My only issue is that it is hard to retract quickly following use - the canopy folds down at the click of a button, but getting the handle back in for storage can be challenging (especially with a wet umbrella). I'd get it again though, it's a great umbrella.

I bought this umbrella because I am fed up of cheap umbrellas breaking. The 1 year warranty was a big selling point for me - because although this umbrella looked hardy, umbrellas can break easily and the 1 year warranty put me at ease that if it broke due to no fault of my own it would be replaced.Not really sure what the 1 year warranty is supposed to mean if you don't replace a faulty item.This umbrella broke after just a few uses (the button was no longer making the umbrella extend and it was stuck). So I contacted the seller to honour the warranty and either fix or replace the faulty umbrella - It was extremely hard to get a reply I had to email them every few days. Then I was eventually offered a partial refund - All I wanted was the 1 year warranty honouring.I would steer clear of this umbrella - purely because if there is any problem with the umbrella they won't replace it (like the warranty indicates).

It's very rare that I will leave a negative review but this umbrella is just horribly designed. For starters the cover is far too small and takes a lot of effort to get on. Secondly, the umbrella is very difficult to push closed after it has been opened (I struggle to close it as a 25 year old man, so can't imagine how an older/weaker person would manage). Finally, once you've opened it and pressed the close button - you have to actually push the umbrella completely closed again in order to reopen it - it just means a lot of unnecessary faffing around. At the end of the day it does the job of keeping you dry, and it's only an umbrella but I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Great umbrella, very sturdy and solid. I haven't tried it when it's really windy and raining so don't know how it withstands those conditions. But as a rule, I don't use an umbrella if it's really windy and pouring at the same time because it's pretty pointless.The umbrella is very good quality and wider than usual umbrellas. The only thing I would comment on is when you close it with the button you can't open it again with the button, you have to pull the umbrella down completely until it clicks into the handle and then open it again. I found that out when there were intermittent showers and I couldn't be bothered to close it fully and properly as I had too many bags hanging off me!! But would definitely recommend this umbrella.

The umbrella *was*excellent. Looked good and functioned well.It did however break on its third use, while being opened (not during wind), and would refuse to collapse back into the handle. As it was now permanently extended and open, it was no longer practical to return it (and I'm not going to snap it in half to fit it in a shipping box!). Bought a different brand of pop up umbrella on Amazon which has fared much better so far.

I've had this for over 6 months now through a rough winter. Although it is a lot stronger than your typical umbrella it does still have it's limits. One of the arms has bent in the wind but is still functional. The most irritating thing is trying to get it back down and into the handle as you need to use both hands, it's pretty hard!

The umbrella works as an umbrella should. However, I find it really hard to put down, especially if my hands are wet. Also, the locking mechanism is poor, as all it takes is a light shake and it will fly open if it is not strapped. Maybe, mine is a bit faulty so I will give it a 3 star...
