New to sous vide cooking and just bought an Anova sous vide. Found this book very informative and it has a lot of recipes that I will definitely cook.

The best thing is that it uses UK quantities. Many of the recipes are available in other books so beware of duplications.

Nice companion book to the Sous Vide cooker. But would be better if it had an intro to using the Sous Vide machine itself which we needed to look up on-line in the end and therefore found loads of recipes, so could have done without the book.

Plenty of clear recipes, a good resource for the newbie, innovative flavour combinations... shall refer to it again and again for temps and timings. Thanks

Super book. Gives clear precise instructions with temperature and time for meats vegetables and puds.

One of the worst cook book I own.Paper quality is terrible, so is the layout/orders of the receipts.Don't bother, their on line receipts are miles better.If this was your first cook book it might put you off from cooking.

good middle of the road and a useful addition to the kitchen library.
