This product was easy to use. Works well and stays hot for about 30 minutes. I have not tried to cold but I am sure it will work just as well cold.

Defective gel packs
Hi there,I purchased two inerzen knee braces from Amazon and the gel packs are only partially full and do not fit well in the brace. Normally they are close to completely full but this time one is 35% full and the other is 50% full. These gel packs are not what we have typically received and need to be replaced. Can the (2) replacement gel packs be re-sent to our address?Your email and website are also no longer working.
