Bought for my son who took to riding his bike to school last summer. Winter is now here and there's mud about and he's been getting a mud stripe down the back of his rucksack. So he needed mudguards.The important one was the rear wheel mudguard. That installs nicely on the saddle column and works pretty well. There is a little lateral movement but nothing significant and he reports that it's doing its job. The knurled tightening nuts do however need to be quite tight.However I haven't been able to install the front mudguard because the bolt that comes with it for attaching to the hole in the front forks just isn't long enough. It doesn't even come out the other side let alone have enough showing to secure it with the supplied nut. This means I'm probably going to have to fork out a few quid at B&Q to buy a pack of nuts and bolts where I only need one.So while I'm reasonably happy with the purchase because it's serving its primary purpose, I'm dropping a star because I can't finish the job.
