Very poor quality. Almost no padding. My podiatrist gave me a similar item for free but it was much better quality and had sufficient padding to make a difference. I wanted an extra pair so I looked on Amzon. This particular brand is useless. A got another pair on Amazon for same price and it was the same as I got from my podiatrist but a different color. Most importantly they work.

These are great to wear with slides. If the sandal comes far back, it will hide the arch support. My feet weren't as tired at the end of the day when I wore these arch supports.

Felt great! On my feet all day as a nurse. Seem broke after 2nd use, and support pod exposed and came out. Don’t waste your money

This is a total fail. I bought a pair from a different maker, thought these looked exactly like them, they are not. The so called support is flat, and the strap is very stiff.

These help but I got them on March 25, 2018 and they are already falling apart to the point I can barely wear them. Waste of money.
