I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner. I have very fragile hair and was extremely disappointed that I could no longer buy it locally. I looked on Amazon and it was there - a wish come true. Thank you Amazon for having products that are hard to find locally (Hawaii). This product stabilized my fragile hair and it is once again healthy and thriving. The combination of the shampoo and conditioner works perfectly for my fragile, soft and delicate hair.

So I purchased these two - always have loved how my hair feels when using Infusium products. The shampoo came with no issue however it showed up with the leave in treatment instead of the conditioner. I immediately contacted the vendor who responded very quickly and apologized stating that they were out of the conditioner. Vendor offered a refund for just the conditioner plus 10 percent for the issue. Or I could send back the shampoo for a full refund. I kept the shampoo and went with the partial refund which was also quickly given. I would / will purchase from this vendor again. Thank you.

Giving 3 stars for the SHAMPOO ONLY!! But the conditioner, NO! I'd give it 0 stars if I could!! Negative 10 stars even. I am beyond disappointed in this company after all of the raving reviews I've seen on their products.INFUSIUM CONDITIONERS CONTAIN DMDM HYDANTOIN!!! Thus ingredient when mixed with water releases small amounts of formaldehyde info the scalp and hair! Causing the hair to fall out over time! YES! HAIR FALLS OUT!!!My first ever run in with this ingredient was 2yrs ago when I tried an OGX brand shampoo, my hair started falling out like crazy! Did some research and found that OGX was being SUED due to this ingredient in their products causing so many peoples hair to fall out! And trust me, it is SO hard to bring your hair back after this ingredient destroys it!I would've never caught this had I not ordered a bottle of the keratin leave in that go's to this shampoo and conditioner, it arrived today and as i was putting it away that last ingredient barely caught my eye and I was SO upset I ran to check all of my other infusium products because my hair has started falling out AGAIN the past couple weeks since I've been using this! Every time I brush or wash my hair I have a pile of hair to clean up and my scalp has been a WRECK due due to the buildup this causes...I am so upset! ALL of my infusium products have this ingredient! The keratin leave in, the keratin conditioner and the infusium pro23 original leave in treated! The only product that is safe is this keratin SHAMPOO! The rest is JUNK!Highly dissapointing considering I LOVED how my hair looked and felt after using this stuff 😔 I saw another review here that complained of her hair falling out while using this product as well. CHECK INGREDIENTS LADIES! this ingredient should be banned!
