Little wooden police car
Bought for grandson. Slight paint chip but no point in returning as I'm sure grandson will do more damage 😉

Perfect toy. Quality wood and love the designs
I have an 18 month old little girl who is really getting into anything with wheels now. I really wanted to get some wooden toys as the ones she has are all cheap plastic. This is a great, quality toy for her age.Pros:• Great size for her little hands but not too small• Nice, simplistic design• Non-toxic paint• Good quality and rolls seamlesslyCons:• None, it's great valueI love that this is an emergency range. It feels like it's making these sorts of things "fun" and fingers crossed might aspire children to respect the services or atleast know which is which! We got the fire engine, and my daughter immediately loved it. It's a nice chunky design, with simple, blocky paintwork, with enough detail for you to easily know what it is. The wheels are simple, wooden black circular blocks, and are easy and not stiff to spin.My toddler really likes playing with it. She's learning the noise already, and I'm definitely going to get her the others (not sure about the vintage one though!). I think they're super reasonably priced too for wooden toys.Overall, highly recommended for any toddler who loves vehicles. Lovely, quality wood with the design of our amazing emergency services.

Simple and nicely painted
The fire engine is basically a block of wood with four wheels attached. Nearly all the detail is painted on. The design is quite simplistic in it's style and construction, but it still manages to have a lot of charm. The wheels are securely attached, and there's also a pretend wooden light and ladder on the roof, which were both firmly stuck in place . My daughter was a bit disappointed she couldn't lift the ladder, but I understand why not. Apart from the wheels, there are no other moving parts. The vehicle is painted on every side and it also rolls very well. It's a good size for a toddler to grasp and play with. I think it's fine for younger toddlers, but older ones like my daughter might get bored with it more quickly. I suppose in a way the rudimentary nature of the fire engine is beneficial, as it encourages imaginative play to a certain degree. My daughter pushed it round making siren noises, but lost interest after a while as she couldn't expand her play by raising the ladder to rescue something. It's a very nice tactile toy that is well made and painted.

Classic wooden fire engine that will last for years!
I am a big fan of wooden toys for children and this train set is no exception. First it arrives in an attractive cardboard box and the fire engine itself is wrapped in brown paper with the logo of the company. The fire engine is completely painted or transfer printed. There are no moveable parts apart from the wheels -- it's a push along vehicle. The fire engine's wheels move well over most surfaces. The fire engine is a good size and very easy for small hands to grip and overall is very tactile with nice rounded corners. The wood is very smooth and well finished -- no danger of splinters here. The overall quality and look is very good.Priced at £7.99 at the time of this Amazon Vine review, I would say this is reasonable for its potential longevity as a toy that could be passed down the generations or at least between siblings. It is a simple but classic toy that never fails to entertain. I am therefore happy to recommend.

Good children's wooden fire truck toy
This is a great baby/toddler fire truck toy that is simple, safe and has a nice design. So this toy is very well made, it is solid wooden and all of the edges are nicely rounded which is perfect for young children, it feels very safe. The design of it is nice, it is not overly detailed but it is clearly a fire truck and it has all of the key features, I particularly like the ladder on top.The paint job on the fire truck is not the best, there are a couple of issues on the one we received, but I think for the price it is better than I was expecting, there is a bubble in the paint on the one side and a nick on the other side. But overall I think for the price it is a really good toy that is great for young children.
