We got this for our dad, for when we go out to eat. The chairs at many restaurants are often pretty hard, and the wooden chairs are hard on his body and spine. Our dad is 80 years old. He absolutely LOVES THIS SEAT CUSHION. The cushion is so wonderful that we now can't go anywhere without it. We keep it in the back of the car; if we go into a restaurant and we've forgotten the cushion, I go back to the car to get it, because I know how much my dad loves this cushion. Without it, my dad cannot sit for very long. Today when we went out to eat, my dad remarked, sitting on the wooden chair, "I can sit here twice as long now, because I have this cushion." I'll be buying another cushion for my sister to keep in her car, so that no matter which car we travel in, we'll be sure to have the cushion! Our dad has now been using this cushion for one year, and he still remarks on how wonderful the cushion is. It prevents my dad from experiencing pain. It supports his spine. It is a perfect size. It is comfortable and does not lose its supportive shape. The handle on the side of the cushion is great; it makes it easy to carry the cushion from the car to restaurant, without having to awkwardly cradle the cushion to carry it. GREAT CUSHION, and a good value for the money. This is money well spent.

Very comfortable. My static nerve on my right side of my buttox did not hurt at all when I drove around all day. I normally can't even drive home (35 minute drive) from work without having severe sciatica pain. I had no pain at all when I drove around shopping. The true test will be when I drive to West.Palm Beach this weekend ( A 3 hour drive). I will give you a update to see if I am in pain, but for now, it has bee working.

This product seems to work well for me, I am in the early stages of using it. The cushion needs to be a little bigger in size, the thickness is good. I had back surgery a while ago and have lower back pain. my job requires me to sit a lot . I think this product will help me quit a bit.Thank You.

This seat cushion has been a fantastic addition to my work chair. The padding on my old chair had worn out, and this cushion instantly restored comfort and support. I bought the large size in march, 2025, but subsequently misplaced it in the house before opening it until today, June 1, 2025. I wanted it to boost me higher in my 2017 Tahoe. The seat in my husband’s older Tahoe seems to adjust higher, need to see over hood better. As far as the thickness it’s fine, but maybe NOT as thick as indicated. HOWEVER, it isn’t really deep enough from front to back to be really comfortable for use on top of the driver’s captain’s (bucket) chair. I could order the XL or XXL, but I don’t need it to be also thicker. So I will search more. I’m sure the size is fine for use on many desk chairs or on bleachers. It is fairly squishy, not firm, and it’s not contoured (thickness) as pic implies. It’s just flat with the rounded shape and leg cut-outs. Also I don’t think the offered back pad is practical (nor likely comfortable) for use in the driver’s seat unless you are really SHORT/SMALL. I’m 5’5”.

Omgns this cushion arrived today while I was at work. I stand for 5 hours two nights a week on concrete floors. I'm 79 and I have really painful bursitis in my left hip. I've suffered for 3 weeks. It has been next to impossible for me to sit for any length of time or get up without being in excruciating pain. I had very little hope that this cushion would be of any use. Boy, was I wrong. I immediately opened the box when I arrived home from work. I put this cushion in my favorite arm chair......NO PAIN !!! I'm thrilled. I don't know why some are saying it's thin. Mine expanded to about 2" when unpacked. It goes down about 1" when I sit on it. I think the performance of this cushion depends on what you use it for. I personally used it for a hip that goes somewhat out of place due to a fall down some stairs on my back side about 50 yrs ago. When that happens I end up with a bad bursitis flare up in that entire area. Now that I'm older it seems to happen a little more often and the bursitis bouts are worse ea time. This pillow literally put that joint back where it belongs in less then 2 uses and consequently the bursitis subsided. I'm moving like a normal person again. I think I'll order another for my car. This has been great in my office chair. Has helped a sore tail bone from happening. I.have since handed it off to my partner that uses it in his semi truck. It is helpful from the stress of being bounced around all day in the vehicle.

The TushGuard memory foam cushion provides good hip and back support and definitely makes sitting more comfortable. It’s well-made and holds its shape nicely. That said, I’m thinking about upgrading to a larger or thicker cushion for extra support. Overall, a solid choice if you want better comfort while sitting, but make sure you get the right size
