My son is husky, typically a 14 top but 14/16 was tight. Definitely a more slim fitting sweater and if you want it to last a while go up in size

This is so nice. I was hesitant to order because it said it was for boy but this vest is super cute for boy and girls. I wash it with cold water and dry it in cold. In this picture it has already been washed at least 4 times and hasn't lost shape. Love it!!

It's really cute and warm, can wear over anything and looks well! The material is soft and sturdy.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this French Toast Boys V-Neck Sweater Vest for my just-turned-5-year old's preschool pictures. I wanted something that offered a classic, polished look and I liked the ribbed hem and ribbed v-neck that this design has. I purchased the XS (4/5) in the color Navy. The vest was shipped in a clear plastic bag and it looks exactly as advertised. The fabric is soft and lightweight, and does offer a bit of a stretch.~~~~~~~~ Item Care ~~~~~~~~The manufacturer recommends washing this sweater vest inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle and to dry flat. It's best to avoid the dryer, or any heat for that matter, to prevent any shrinkage and to prevent wrinkles from setting permanently. Acrylic is designed to maintain its shape and fit even after many washings, but it does not perform well when exposed to heat. So, these vests are definitely items that should be dried flat.At the end of the day, this is a stylish vest, it is warm and comfortable to wear. It is noteworthy to mention that 100% acrylic basically has no breathability, which makes it a great insulator, as it holds in heat very well. So, this is definitely a garment that is more comfortable to wear in cooler temperatures. Lastly, my son looks absolutely adorable in it. Good purchase. Este chaleco lo compré para mi hijo y le quedó muy bien, la talla viene exacta. Es calientito. Y el color es perfecto, no se despinta al lavarlo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
