I just received my heels yesterday (12/5/2020). I purchased the black patent leather size 11. I tried them on and walked around a bit but not on any hard surfaces. They fit perfectly and felt comfortable after initially putting them on. *NOTE: I visually inspected the heels and only had them on for about 5 minutes.*The heel box is a sturdier and smaller box than the standard shoebox. The brand "Elizabeth Tang" is written in black script over the dark brownish solid color box.At box opening the patent looks like good quality.The sole and heel cap all look good. No odors other than the expected "new shoe smell".The heels were priced at the normal Amazon price for my size heels (for the curious $39.99+tax+shipping). Shipping was "on time" but considering it's December, I was impressed (I live in the US). I ordered several items at once so the heels were packaged within a larger Amazon box along with those items.I don't have anything negative to write at this time. Again, I have not really tested/worn my heels.I personally rate after regular use based on comfort, heel cap durability, sole life/durability, and overall appearance/wear. It is my experience that these are the areas of concern with any online ordered high heels. *I will attempt to update this review with the aforementioned information.*Bottom line for now, I would recommend the buy.The heel holds firm but not extra tight and the toe box provides the normal toe space expected. I tried them over my bare feet and also with fishnets. There was no notable difference in comfort. I'd say these run just so "slightly small" to "true to size" for a medium/thin foot. To help with sizing, apply the following if you have a thin to medium width foot. Buy your normal shoe size or up to the next half size if you are in between sizes. (Example: 8.5 round up to 9).For reference: I am 507" , 180 lbs , 26cm / 43(44) EU / 10.5 US (10.23") medium width foot. Also, it is important to note that I am no stranger to wearing heels and prefer a minimum of 4.5" heel.I hope this review helps you make your decision.Happy shopping! ~Raquel

I bought these heels on 09/12/2024 and wore them to a live concert on Saturday night,09/14/2024. The shoes are pretty and I got a lot of compliments but if you can’t walk in very high heels don’t purchase them. I wear a 10 and I will suggest that you get a whole size up for comfort to your toes. I bought heels grip for the bottom and gel pads to support the ball of the foot. The shoes are great value for the money. I would not suggest wearing them if you have to walk around a lot because they will start to hurt your toes. Overall they are a good pair of shoes to compliment your look.

These heels are gorgeous and very well made, but unfortunately I have to return them because the arch is just too high for me.

I love these shoes. I agree to go up a half size to get your normal shoe size.After reading the reviews I went up a half a size. Which was a 9.5 for me, it's a little big in the middle. The shoe fits comfortably for me. I love it. The shoe isn't tight around my big toe or on the heel of my feet. I can walk and stand comfortably in them. I also purchase some heel inserts for the shoes. I purchased the one for the heel of my feet and the one for the toe of my feet. The inserts added to the comfort of the shoe. I wore the shoes to an event. I am looking forward to purchasing more shoes from this brand and vendor. I hope this review helps anyone who is looking to purchase a pair of brown snakeskin heels.

Very disappointed with this shoe. I have the black leather version, and although the shoes are a PAIN to walk in for longer periods of time, I still love them and wanted to try a half size up in another color.I liked that the snake print didn't look incredibly "fake" in the seller photo, t looks a little less shiny, more matte and has more texture. When they arrived and I opened the box to see shiny plastic shoes staring at me, I was incredibly disappointed. The "texture" is also nonexistent. These are basically a print with no real attempt to make it look even 1/4 real. They look cheap. I'm definitely returning this pair, but would consider buying another color in 8.5 (I'm usually 8) since I do still like the overall shape of the shoe.

These pumps looked absolutely gorgeous on my legs. The slick leather finish gives them the elegant yet sexy look perfect for wearing with a little black dress or with formal attire. I highly recommend (depending on your food size/width) on going a half size up or taking the actual time to break them in before using for an occasion. They're tight and stiff to squeeze into at first so you may want to bring a couple of band-aids in your purse. I haven't worn them enough to get them into a fully comfortable state but they're very versatile for any outfit
