Great value, excellent Multi-Viewer. Remote is line-of-sight only.
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this so I could display four Zwift sessions on one large screen TV, and it is AWESOME! Fast, seamless, fantastic! This does exactly what I expected and more. The remote is not powerful and needs to be aligned straight on, but that still beats pushing a button on the box.Video made with this device: AGPtek HD Game Capture Card HD Video Capture 1080P HDMI/YPBPR Video Recorder for Xbox 360 Xbox One/ PS3 PS4/ Wii U,Support Mic in with YPBPR Input The audio cuts out because I am switching between different HDMI sources, and the quality is low because Amazon is compressing it. The full 1080p/30fps video looks great!

This is NOT 4K RESOLUTION.
This is false advertisement, pure and simple. It is absolutely not a 4K supported matrix. The Matrix part works wonderfully but I'm disgusted that I gave my money to crooks who aren't Tech savvy. My projector clearly says 1080p every time I run my PlayStation through this matrix. If I plug the projector directly into the PlayStation it says 2160p. Which is 4k.BOOOOOO AVENK! Every time I see your name I'll know a crook runs that company and stay well away.

I'm very happy with how this has kept me from having to ...
I plugged it in and it works as expected. You can have up to four inputs (A through D) that are routed to any or all of four outputs (1 through 4). You can have a single input routed to multiple outputs, if you so choose. This would be a 5-star rating if the minor concerns (below) could be resolved.I have am using it for four inputs (computer, NAS, PlayStation, XBox) and three outputs (display 1, display 2, living room TV). There are four buttons that each control an output (1 through 4). Pressing the button will toggle what that output receives as an input (A through D). I'm very happy with how this has kept me from having to manually plug/unplug HDMI cables between devices and displays. With this as a true matrix, I can have all displays using one device simultaneously.Only minor concerns: 1) To change from input B to Input A on any output, I need to press the output selection button repeatedly to cycle through C, D, and then A. Also, the buttons on the unit seem to have a ~1s dead time, so I have to PRESS---WAIT---PRESS---WAIT---PRESS to switch from Input B to Input A.. It would be nice if there was a different control scheme (e.g., dial or FORWARD/BACK button pair) to cycle forward/backward on input selection, or at best a matrix of 16 buttons where you press the input/output pair(s) you desire. 2) Although the included remote works just fine, I would have liked to have had control on my Logitech Harmony remote. The only model number I could find was on this Amazon listing (AKM40404AI), and the Logitech Harmony software does not recognize that model number, although it recognizes Avenk; so maybe there's a correct model number that works with Harmony, but so far haven't found and I can't find a way to search Logitech's database for known model numbers on a given Manufacturer. I had also tried manually entering the commands by teaching the Harmony unit using the included remote. After some struggle, it claimed to understand the buttons "Output 1" through "Output 4", but the Harmony remote could not control the matrix. Checked line-of-sight and distance, and no luck. I positioned the Harmony unit and the included remote in the same location, pointing directly at the matrix. Harmony couldn't change anything, while the included remote flawlessly controlled the matrix.Summary: totally great for fast media switching and saves you having to fumble with HDMI interconnections, but user interface improvements and Harmony integration would make this superb.

Music note goes away in a few seconds. Switches Instantly, better on 4 or 1 screen.
Wow,WoW, Wow...one of my favorite purchases from Amazon ever!! This Is an awesome piece for the money!! If you are a Fantasy Baseball guy like myself, A big screen TV or a Projector, a couple Amazon fire Sticks (all good price through Amazon), you now have an instant Man Cave center piece. The music note for the sound Is now fixed on current units, goes away after a few seconds. I love the no borders between screens, switches instantly, works perfectly, BUY WITH CONFIDENCE, well worth the money!! I watch 4 baseball games, or invite the wife in to the man cave and watch TV with 3 games!!

Works reliably with great flexibility and controls
Compared to a Rockfish junk switch I bought before this unit, the AVENK is awesome! It works! I have 3 HDMI inputs that I need to switch between and 2 large 55+ inch TVs that I wanted to show the same video on. The Rockfish switch would flake (pictures on one or both TVs go blank or flash), but this AVENK sends the video through to both TVs realiably and beautifully. To my pleasant surprise, I've found I can optionally send different HDMI inputs to my two TVs, so TV1 can show HDMI Input1 and TV2 can show HDMI Input2, for example. I love it, would buy again if needed, and highly recommend for situations with multiple TVs (up to 4) with multiple HDMI input sources available (up to 4).

Didn't work - over-programmed - too smart for its own good - returned
The auto-sensing electronics for the switching feature worked only with one of my inputs - the laptop - but did not work with my DVD player or my DVR. Too "smart" for its own good - just would get hung up on the HDMI handshake or it it did connect there would be vidio but no audio. Tried a few of these - then settled on a simple item that has no "smart" electronics. Over-programmed.

Video works well, Audio lacking (No surround sound, dolby, 5.1, dts)
This device is great for watching multiple things at once. The picture quality is good, small text can be hard to read but otherwise there isn't a really noticeable difference in picture quality. The sound icon does disappear on this unit after a few seconds.Audio on the other hand seems limited to stereo. I can not get anything to pass through to my receiver, I know it's not the cable box, blu-ray player, or xbox causing the issue because when I plug them directly into my receiver I get Dolby, DTS, etc. It seems odd that this device can not pass through anything other than stereo. It's also disappointing because I have to move my devices between this and the receiver when I want to enjoy my home theater surround setup.

Don’t use on a computer!
Thought this would let me use my computer and watch tv at the same time on my tv. Well it does but no matter the graphics I set my computer to the picture was super pixelated. It would ok with my cable box but I did notice the picture was slightly freezing. I will be returning
