Great Kite, Great Price, Great Fun
VERY happy with this purchase. I'll be honest I was a tad bit hesitant about the quality of the product after reading the negative reviews but for $10 I took the chance, but I did also spend a bit more to buy a Prism Bora 2 at the same time to ensure my next kite outing would go well. I received the kite on Wednesday unpacked it and I will admit, the quality of the ripstop nylon isn't the best I've seen but it's a $10 good size kite what do you expect? The Kite came RTF (Ready to Fly) which is always nice, not a super long line but good enough. The instruction are pretty much worthless.. I do agree, but for the most part you don't need much instruction for flying this thing. The only advice I could give some one who is a complete newbie is to ensure the bridle (the string that is pre-tied to the kite) isn't knotted except for one knot at the end keeping all the strings together. My kite came with loose knots in the bridle line I'm assuming to make folding and packing the kite easier at the factory. Reading a number of the bad review I think this may have been something that others didn't do.I took this kite out for it's maiden voyage today (Sunday). We had about 10mph winds and I was in a fairly clear field, a favorite for many, for kite flying in my area. I unpacked the kite , let about about 50ft of line, had my 4 year old hold the kite while I walked the line out... counted to 3, gave it a little tug and straight up it went. It flew wonderfully, looked great, and my boys loved it. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.BTW for anyone who has read the bad reviews and may not be that familiar with kite flying, please don't listen to the folks who say "this kite needs some solid structure". These people don't know what they are talking about. The kite is a soft parafoil kite (similar concept to a parachute), these kites get their structure from the wind which essentially inflates the kite and gives it it's shape. In my experience these are some of the most stable, reliable, and easy to fly kites out there.

State of the art 🎨 kite!
Cheap. I got it under $20. It's easy to use, it comes with a bag 🎒 to keep it in, and it Flys really good in the wind on the beach ⛱️. It inflates in 3 D and the eyes and everything. It's made with really good and strong material. The legs fly really nice in the wind. It looks realistic. You're enjoy flying this! It's the best thing I purchase this year!

best kites
Best kites for kids and beginners. Fastest kites (no assembly), go really high, and easy to use. These are my favorite kites for kids, and the bright colors and fun shapes are so enjoyable and easy to see from afar. Great value for money, and the material seems durable. We have been asked many times where we got these kites, and I highly recommend. We take these on every beach trip and the kids are ecstatic each time.

Beautiful and Easy to Fly
This kite launched easily and quickly when I flew it on a beach. The bright colors and long tails make it attractive and highly visible. It is a stable flyer without the sudden dips and turns that I've experienced with other kites. Perfect for adults and kids alike. That being said, I flew a traditional, diamond-shaped kite at the same time. It is lighter than the octopus-shaped kite and stayed aloft long whenever the breeze subsided. Nonetheless, I recommend the Hengda kite. The durability of its materials ensure that I will be able to use it time and time again.

Very lightweight, already setup except the need to tie the string to the kite.
The media could not be loaded. Flies excellent, comes with everything you need. Very long chord / string, didn’t break.

Big Hit!
The media could not be loaded. Huge hit at the beach. Tied it off to a post and it entertained everyone around. Also everyone knew where to meet up. I figured it would have been trash at the end of the day. But to my surprise, it still looks brand new.

Kite is great; string / holder not great.
Kite itself is 5 stars. EASY to fly...no running required. Kite is big and the red shows up well in the sky. Unfortunately the string was not properly wound on the holder and we had to cut it loose and totally unwind it then rewind it. Inconvenient at best on a windy beach. Next time we use it, it should be great. Had so much trouble using this one, that we never unpackaged the second one and just returned it.

easy to assemble - easy to fly
I got this octopus kite and a more traditional kite and brought them to a hill nearby on a windy day. I checked the weather and waited for a day where the wind was over 10mph. Assembly for the octopus involved just taking it out of the package and tying the string to it. We held it up, and the wind caught it. It immediately began to raise up into the air. It was very stable and easy to fly. In comparison, with the more traditional kite, I had to first assemble the traditional kite by inserting the rods, and then once it was assembled, it was harder to get it up into the air, and it was harder to keep it from banking and coming back down into the ground hard. We had a lot of fun with the octopus kite and would highly recommend it.
