Very fun
I received this product as a gift it is very nice I’ve opened up every single treasure Rex series so far in this one you have to build a robot with the pieces included you have to dig through sand smash into crates in reveal figures hidden with rust compound they are very fun and good quality for the price I will buy more I highly recommend

My 6 year old son liked this alot
My 6 year old son liked this alot -he played with this one for hours, after getting the slime out and building the guy the fun wares off...he's still playing with this guy from time to time but he's lost some of the parts (rockets) and the slime thankfully is long gone. it's an ok purchase, but some of these toys aren't long term fun. since he's 6 I expect him to enjoy some of these and then lose them or trade them away so it's all good. but I don't like paying a lot of a toy that he won't play with for more then a few hours. This one wasn't that bad. so it's a keeper for now until he outgrows it and THANKFULLY it doesn't make noises or need batteries! Good luck- and thanks for reading my review.

Fun for the kids
Had fun making them with my three year old. Ordered two thinking they would be different got the same blue ones.Con: both blue ones came with left only arms. See pictures. Blades on arms are faced the same direction.Pro: got the gold on both of them. Fun time for the little ones.

Son loves it.
It's basically like a grab bag robot who your child has to dig out of a little container. It's not hard to dig out. Then your child assembles it. My son seems to really enjoy that and still plays with it afterwards (which hasn't been the case with similar toys). The only thing is it is a grab bag situation. You could get two of the same one if you buy more than one. And they're going to want another one later down the line. You have to let them know that to try to minimize the disappointment/anger if they end up digging out the same toy.

One of the better Treasure X
I don't think my son or I loved the slimey gut packs that come with the donosar and the shark Treasure X packs, and some of the other ones have a system where you chip away at plaster like an archeology, but this robot one has the most pleasant materials to work with, as most of the messy qualities are confined to the little cup that will end up filled with a weird golden oily water that you just poor out before rinsing the robot a little. I may be forgetting something gross or messy along the way, but I am pretty sure that this is the set that gives you the most durable pieces in the end with the least mess getting them free. I wish I had only gotten several of this robot series instead of trying so many of the hunter series.

New Treasure X season is better than ever
Pros: Large size (bigger than monsters series), easily interchangeable parts add replay value, optional display stand, not a lot of effort to reveal toyCons: Will stain clothing brown if not careful while cleaning, heads have small gaps in the backDip the skeleton in water to loosen "rust", a brown nail polish like layer. You need to pull apart and clean with soft brush to get everything off. Blue skeletons are rare. Open large box of parts to reveal character. Open small box for magic sand, battery treasure (1/12 gold), and weapon. Screwdriver can attach or detach bolt to back of head onto display stand. All parts can be exchanged with other bots for new combos.

Only 1 per package
Thought this was all 6 by the ad. My son and I were disappointed it was only 1. $20 for a small plastic toy seems a bit ridiculous.
