For pampering, not plantar fasciitis.
This product is not a medical product, nor a therapeutic grade product. The compression ankle socks offer no compression. They're lined with silicone at the heel, which does give a nice softening of the heel callus - had it been sold as part of a pedicure set, I'd have been quite pleased. The arch supports do not provide structural support of any kind. This silicone heal wraps are, again, not therapeutic, but soften heels, so for a cosmetic use, they're fine. I can't figure out any useful way to use the massage tool, but my cat has adopted it as a chew toy, so it's not a total loss.Bottom line: not therapeutic, DEFINITELY not appropriate for plantar fasciitis treatment, but it would make a nice little spoil yourself pedicure adjunct.

I would not recommend them nor would I purchase them again
I am not very impressed with this product. The cushioned arch support socks actually were very uncomfortable after a short period of time, You really cant wear them with any shoes without them hurting. I would not recommend them nor would I purchase them again.
