The fingerprint works every time you put your finger on correctly. Every time it doesn't, my finger is askew, or too low on the reader. Installation was a bit of a challenge, but in the end it wasn't too difficult since I received instructions with the package. I love not having to take keys when I leave the house and how quickly and easily I can get into my house too. Very happy with the purchase.

I find this security lock very convenient, especially when approaching the door with my hands full and an impatient 5-yr-old literally at my heels. I just need one finger free to open the door. However, since I suffer from cold and dry hands, I may have to hydrate and warm up that finger to get it to work! Outside of that, my 5-yr-old doesn't understand why her finger doesn't work or she has no entry-code.... lol.... Precisely!

This thing is awesome. For some reason it doesn’t always recognize my elderly mothers fingerprints and she gets a little frustrated ( she is very old school) but I decided to buy this after my son had lost his keys . Now he can come in right from school and I don’t have to worry about him losing keys everywhere.

This expensive lock stopped working after a few months, and the company hasn’t responded to my inquiries to resolve the issue. I love the concept, but I want a product that works, especially when you’re talking about home security. A company that completely disregards customer’s inquiries is not one I want to do business with.

After a year the system stopped reading prints and locked everyone out all the time. Worked great at first but doesn't last long for the price.

The concept is phenom! After one month of barely using it, the fingerprint stopped working. There is no customer service number nor warranty.Big hype, disappointing quality. What a homerun if it worked for the amount of $$$Although the product is not working, the company has gone above and beyond to resolve the issue. So, the product received 2 Stars and the customer service received 5!!!Thank You Ms. Emma for making this situation a priority to you and your company and making my experience 100% better.
