Another Update: it’s been close to five years and the dispenser still works well. So happy to have the test & dry version compared to the finicky motion sensored dispenser.Update to original review: San Jamar customer service sent a replacement part, and the machine has been working well now for over a year. We really like this machine. It's ideal for a small business/office.Purchased July 23, 2014 and received on July 25th. The San Jamar T1300 worked well for ~1 Month, and I was very happy with product. HOWEVER, this has short-lived. After minimal use, the dispensing motor stopped working at the start of Month 2.I called San Jamar's customer service line. The representative was friendly, and worked with me to troubleshoot, via teleconference. Unfortunately the machine could not be fixed. The representative noted that she would be sending a replacement part (and a return envelope for the defective part) by mail. I've been waiting about 10 days now. Not only have I infested in the dispenser plus the time & hassle of affixing to restroom wall, but Im sitting on a full case of premium towel rolls.I would have given San Jamar another try, but their turn-around time is frustrating--hoping the haven't dropped the ball here!

Very Satisfied. The San Jamar T1300 i working out very well for us. We are using them in our Public Restrooms at our Community Theater and early reports from our staff is that it seems, at least early on, to have cut down on extra paper being pulled for hand drying. I particularly like the clear view case that allows us to know when we should put in new rolls of paper.

This unit was purchased to replace an existing one, The motor went bad an it was cheaper to purchase new. We have over 30 units through out the building. Highly recommend.
