Network Connection timed out.
Could not get it to work. Kept saying 'Network Connection Timed Out'. Installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled both the app and the device several times and continued to get the same error. Contacted support and was provided the same directions, I think....very broken english on their part, as what were in the directions that came with the product and that I had already tried several times. Emailed support again, stating such and was given ANOTHER link to the ecact same manual with the exact same steps I have already tried several times. Was also told they couldn't help me any further today (Saturday) and to contact them again on a "work day". No Thanks! I'll be returning the camera and purchasing a different one.

Garbage Setup, garbage controls, garbage. makes a cute sword clashing noise though.
Garbage. Worked for a few months, During that time, had to be power cycled once per week. After some time stopped working at all. Cannot reconnect it to network after reset. Seemed to drop its own wireless here and there several times per day for very short bouts, now during setup attempts it is useless.The app is garbage.the camera is garbage.the setup is garbage.Picture quality was fine for the price. Go with a $30 hosafe camera if you're trying to go cheap like i did.garbage.

I've used this camera for about a week and so far it works perfectly. Don't lose the instruction. You will need them. If you do lose them it's ok. You can use the quick scan image on the camera itself to bring up your 7 digit model number or just use the very same number written next to the quick scan image. When you first login with your user name and password using the app another login will pop up. On mine the default name was sri cam. With this model the name should definitely be sricam-SP020 use that along with your 7 digit digit number then connect to the regular wifi , not the 5g in other words. Once you get it mounted you will be surprised at how well this camera performs. I went to work brought up the app on my phone waited till the little icon turned green from red in 3 seconds. Hit the icon and bam. I was watching my entire street practically. I could swipe the screen and the camera would look where ever I needed it too. I haven't put in a memory card yet to record but I'm sure that will work great as well the infrared is better than expected the sound is incredible I can hear a train I'm a mile away. And to be able to speak with someone on my porch from my phone at work 20 miles away in High Deffinition is pretty darn awesome in my opinion. Just make sure you put in the correct names as I stated above.

AT&T appearly it works fine.
Not working outside of home wifi. I could see the camera on my phone when I was connected to my wifi router. As soon as I disconnected my phone wifi from my Netgear router the camera when offline.. after expending the whole morning trying to find info, I found out that T-Mobile doesn't support Ipv4 anymore... only Ipv6 and maybe that's the reason. I don't know whats the reason but I tried out anything that could be the problem but nothing worked. I checked my router if alouds Ipv6 connections from outside and it does.. it has a filter that I disable but still didn't worked. The other option it was to open ports on the router so I could access the camera but I couldn't make it work... seems that I hit a point when it was too difficult and no support offered so I returned the Item.. my conclusion... Don't buy it if you are a T-Mobile user... AT&T appearly it works fine.

Do not recommend purchase if clicking noise is a problem
This item works as advertised and is a good price point. However it makes a horrible "clicking noise" when the lighting changes from dusk to dawn or day to night. It appears that happens when the device switches from daylight to night camera modes and reverse. The clicking noise is not tolerable and last up to 15 minutes.

Solid Product for its price
Just moved into a new property, have it set up in my living room to monitor the whole room, the kitchen and the door to the backyard. For this price, it's really a good deal and it's hard to beat. Easy to install by following the instructions and t delivers high quality pictures even the surrounding is dark. Plus, you got a remote control to tilt the angle and position you want. Willing to get a second one soon.

Don't waste your money!
I never could get this camera to sync with my wifi so I never got it to work. I followed al instructions. I wish I had try to set it up when I first bought it. It was purchased so I could check on my 81 year old mom while I am at work and talk to her. This is the 1st thing I have purchased that I was very disappointed in.

WASTE OF MONEY
This was awful! It would go offline after just a few hours and wouldn't come back on. I would have to go home and reset it and hook up all over again. I need it to stay on the whole time I'm out of town
