Ive been on these for over 1mo.now. I plan to stay on them. Not sure I can state if they're doing all thats promised with them, but I have noticed slight decrease in my between meal appetite. So, I'm looking forward to seeing how I feel about pills after longer amount of time on them.I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism after i had unexplained weight gain and extreme fatigue. Since being on these, I am maintaining, not gaining anymore, so I'might good with that for now.

I believe this product reduces my appetite and I am not left feeling like I'm starving! It got 4 stars because I did not see any weight loss specifically from this product even with going to the gym... YET. But I am going to continue to use it everyday and hope for some results with the scale. I am not left feeling light headed what so ever and I feel energized and go to the gym about an hour after taking these.
