Hot and Cold Full Body and Back Reusable Therapy Gel Pad - Relief for Stomach Aches Pain, Tension, Sprains, Cramps, Stress, Swelling (Large - 14" x 22")

I get hot-flashes so severe, they advance to night-sweats all too often. This "Inerzen Hot and Cold Full Body and Back Reusable Therapy Gel Pad" addresses ALL the shortcomings of previous gel-pads I have tried:1. It is substantial. Previous gel-pads were thin, exhausting all of their cooling capability in far too short a time.2. It is flexible and yielding. Other pads I have tried were like vinyl-covered cardboard, preventing me from being cushioned by my pillow.3. It covers a large enough area to cool my entire pillow and to cool or heat my whole back.4. The price is far more reasonable than I have seen with other pads. I will be buying another so I can alternate heating and cooling.

I'm a special Ed teacher and use it on one of my kids to help calm him down when he gets overheated. It works great and I plan on getting one for home.

This is great if you need ice pack,.... much better than the leaking bags of ice or frozen peas i've been using before... LOL !The only thing is watch how you you freeze the pad....it freezes rock solid so if you want to use it right away you might have to thaw it first before it becomes pliable .... i made the mistake of folding it down to make room in my freezer

My best friend has a condition where when her back gets hot it causes her to get nauseous and vomit. She recently had a baby and he likes to only sleep on her stomach so her back was getting hot all the time, it was a nightmare. I bought her this thinking she could lay on it to keep her back cool while baby slept on her. She recently texted me, "hey that cold pad you got me, I use that things every day." she loves it. It worked perfect for what she needed it for.

Best size and as far as I can tell, high quality material.

This pack is quite big and covers my back. I had used a similiar pack in p.t. and it worked well heated in the microwave.The Iberzen pack also heats up well in the microwave. I had to fold the pack in half to use in the microwave, but that was not a problem for me.I set the microwaver timer for 1 minute and then after a minute, turned the pad over for another minute so that the entire pack would be heated. Microwaves have various wattages, so just be careful not to overheat and start off at 30 sec. increments.This pack is pure relief for my aching back or stiff muscles after a work out or for just the usual osteo stiffness when heated up.I have not used it for cold therapy, so I do not know if it works well frozen.I would give this a 5 star, but I have not had this pack for very long and used it only several times. Therefore, I do not know how long this pack will last.I would, however, recommend buying this for heat therapy.

I use it to put under me at night when I am hot. It helps me cool off and get to sleep. Now I have three of them so there is always a fresh cool one to use.

I bought this to help with my night sweats. I put this between my 2 pillows and put my arms on it when I have a hot flash at night. I no longer get fully awakened by night sweats! Thank you so much!

Great to have large size pad. Seems very durable. Cover price was fair but the shipping cost was terrible.
