These 1 lb weights are sturdy and and easy to slide onto my weight bar. It’s nice to have smaller weight plates when you are working toward new PR’s when working close to your 1 rep max. Also were a great price.

These are great for breaking PRs and I use them to even out my Olympic loadable dumbbells since they weigh at 8 lbs each. Great buy and would definitely buy again.

I am a puny person, and weight increases are not done by 5 pounds in my training. 1 - 2 pounds is quite enough. Happy to have found these.

These fit an Olympic bar perfectly and stack well with other weights. It's good to have fractional weights to fine tune barbell curls and tricep extensions, where an extra 2.5 lb per side is either too much or too little.

Great addition to any weight set. Sometimes adding 5lbs is just too much. Adding 2lbs or 4lbs is the better choice. These 1lb weights fill that gap.

Fits tightly on my bars that they actually fit on. The holes could be a little larger. I have a couple of bars that they just won’t fit on.I’m satisfied with the plates otherwise.

Plates are well-manufactured with no rough spots. Each is a bit light, with weights of 15.1, 15.3, 15.4 and 15.6 ounces. I would prefer they were closer to 1lb each but ... close enough I guess.
