The 30" long regulated Mini-Tap to Sony NP-FW50 Dummy Battery Cable provides power to an optional Sony a7 series camera from an optional device or battery with a D-Tap connector. The cable is regulated to provide the correct voltage to your camera and in addition the in-line voltage regulator helps prevent electrical noise from being introduced into your camera. There is also a USB port that outputs 5 volts of power at up to 2 amps, enabling it to power most USB devices on set, including smart phones and some tablets.
