Q: I have had chemo does this help to rebuild nails? Are there any other patients that have had success with this product ?

I don’t know if this product helps with chemo nails, but I do know that 1 packet of unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/3 cup warm fruit juice, taken daily, will definitely help. After chemo my nails were a mess....thin, brittle and ridged. One month of this regimen gave me great results. Since gelatin is loaded with collagen, it also helps with arthritis and joint pain. I buy my collagen packets in bulk on Amazon

Q: Leave on for 30 minutes? Then what happens?

I leave it on and it absorbs pretty well into my nails. I believe the 30 minutes is the time you should wait before washing your hands/getting your nails wet so you give it some time to stay undisturbed on your nails.

Q: does this work on fungus?

I bought for nail strength not for nail fungus.
