keyboard and mouse good but mic won't connect

My review is specifically for the PS4. This product does not work. As an IT pro, I understand how it should work, unfortunately, it just doesn't. You can get the mouse to work, update it do all the things you need to do. Of course, when you go to download the software you'll get a virus warning from your edge browser. That was very bothersome, but I scanned the files and did not see anything threatening. After that, you can follow the procedures to the letter and repeated them and try different cables try anything you want and it will not work. Is the one I got bad? I thought that as well so I tried it on my PC and it worked just fine. So it's in the transfer controller to keyboard functionality. For PS4 doesn't work. The website is janky and the whole process hits 110% on the cringe scale. Good luck out there!

The keyboard and mouse work very wellGreat for gaming...it has macro key assignment on the keyboard..no additional software needed....it dose have key remapping soft ware for p.c. works great on my ps4.......UPDATE DEC. 25....The keyboard and mouse stop working periodically while in the game Fortnite, but still work when game is shut down..there seems to be compatibility problems with Fortnite the game...fyi

I play on the Xbox One S and I don't have a gaming PC, I wanted to play on the keyboard so I got this despite the numerous bad reviews of this product. I found the setup quite easy and the instructions were very helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that when setting the keyboard up, it only works while in a game, after you have set it up you can later exit and browse the home screen. The main reason I got this was to play Minecraft on and even though the product description says it's for 1st person shooters the keyboard works perfectly fine on Minecraft. Keep in mind that to change the controls of the Keyboard DO NOT CHANGE THE CONTROLS FROM IN THE GAME. Rather go on the IFYoo website choose the keyboard you have bought and download the software. While I was Downloading I got a virus warning, but I can assure you there is no virus in the software. If you experience the same thing then to continue downloading click on more info and then run anyway. A Problem that occurred while I was playing Minecraft Bedrock on My Xbox was the shift, when you play on a controller you press the shift button once and you can let go and still be shifting, then you will press it again to unshift. It seems the same thing happens on the keyboard, even though normally if you play Minecraft on a keyboard you have to hold shift down to shift and let go of the button to unshift. Overall this keyboard was quite nice but came with a hefty price it had few bugs on the box one and aside from the shift problem I'm pretty happy.

It works for the Xbox series x but the headphone jack doesn’t seem to work. The controller usb plug works though and I can plug my headset into the controller. The mouse is nicer than expected and works fine. The pieces feel a little cheap but these items aren’t breaking the bank so it’s worth it
