Soulaca 19 inches Android White Color Waterproof LED TV SPA Salon Interior

Ever since I purchased this tv last July 2018 it has NEVER worked well. What a waste of money. The manual is so poorly written no one in my home can figure out how to set it up and have it actually work the same every day. Every day a function that worked before suddenly stops working. For example, there's a YouTube app. It doesn't work and there seems to be ZERO ways of making it work. I HATE this tv, especially because I do not understand it and it works differently from one day to the next!!!! AWFUL. Buy a different smart tv!

I have only had this TV a short time but the picture and audio are very good. If you are in need of installation instructions, you will have to visit the Soulaca website because none were enclosed with the TV. Also, if having one remote to control the TV and your cable/satellite box is important to you, you should invest in a different brand of TV. DirectTV has no compatible TV code listed for this brand. I can't speak for other cable companies. I have had no luck in finding any universal remote that has a Soulaca code. I also have had only limited results with a universal remote that has a "learning" feature.
