Not for an Xbox elite controller
In order to use the bumpers I had to install them in the OEM plate in order to snap the plate in place. The plate that came with the bumpers would not snap into place. Right bumper sticks when pushed, seems to be a little too small. Going to find an OEM part for the elite controller.

Good... But...
The parts fit with no problem. The only issue was they were not the exact same size. Only slightly smaller buttons and the hole where the micro USB goes was bigger. Other than that they work great.

Work good
These seem kind of flimsy but work well. Maybe the originals were too rigid and brittle, they broke twice and had to send back to MS. I Guess time will tell.Update: I have had these for 5 months now and broke. I guess this is going to be an ongoing thing with these controllers. Hopefully the design will be changed to these controllers so this won't happen.

Does not fit Xbox elite. Nvm yes it does.
These don't fit on my Xbox elite Controller. I took my controller apart and low and behold they don't fit. I'm irate right now. You can't say it's for the elite controller and then have it not fit. The aren't cut the same way. If these are for the newer controllers not the elite then specify.UPDATE: This was my mistake. I'm leaving this review up for anyone else who may have this issue. The problem was I had to rotate the bumpers slightly so the longer part that actually clicks the button (you'll see it when you look at the controller when it's apart) actually slides into a the opening. It wasn't lined up and it was pushing the buttons up.

Bad quality
The product came scratched as hell and with a very bad feel to it. Would not buy again. The only reason why I don't give 1 star is because at the end of the day I needed a replacement for my bumpers and these worked fine, but as far as quality goes, TERRIBLE.
