Q: Is the wrist rest removable?

This keyboard includes a plastic piece that allows the keyboard to be tilted at a backwards angle, so that the wrist rest is higher than the front part of the keyboard. That part can be removed. I am going to guess that the official answer that Logitech provided is either confusing that piece with the wrist rest, they are confused on what keyboard they are discussing, or the Ergo K860 has gone through a MAJOR revision if the wrist rest can be removed in this keyboard. I purchased 2 of these keyboards around a year ago (1 from amazon, 1 from a local store), and the version I purchased included a Logitech Unifying Receiver (the one with the orange and black asterix logo) and said nothing about the new Logitech Bolt dongle (the one with the lime green/yellow asterisk logo). It is pretty new, and some sources say that products are not cross compatible, but in the revision I own I am able to connect directly to my computer's bluetooth, and it seems that Bolt is a secure bluetooth receiver. If the electronics for the unifying receiver were no longer needed, it is possible that they re-designed the keyboard. All I know for sure is that in this listing, some if the information says it comes with a Bolt dongle, and some of it says it comes with a Unifying dongle. At the very least, I suspect that means that it will be hit and miss on if you get a new or old revision.

Q: Is this compatible with Logitech Unifying receiver?

Despite the confident official answer, the correct answer is "sorry, no it's not." Logitech Bolt is a different wireless technology to Unifying, and the two are completely incompatible. You can run them both together but you'll need to use both dongles. Source: Logitech's own FAQ page, which states: "Though Logi Bolt products cannot be paired with other Logitech USB receivers, and vice versa, in many cases Logi Bolt products can be used simultaneously with other Logitech wireless products on the same host computer."

The keyboard itself is great but the Arabic makes in unusable to an english user.They should have mentioned it in the description.

Misleading product pictures. Difficult to use. No returns

The Arabic markings on the keyboard make it very difficult to use for a solely English speaker. And the seller conveniently setup a no returns policy so I'm stuck with a keyboard with limited utility.
