There are many good quality's that this product has to offer in comparison to other prework out products on the market. The flavor is very good and I personally suggest you shake serve the beverage at a very cold temperature. I also enjoy the fact that there is no jittery rush of energy that is a common side effect to prework out products. The addition of Amino acids is a great and very effective at increasing energy mid work out. This allowing me to maintain the same intensity thought the entire duration of the work out.

I was introduced to this brand at a local health supplement shop in the Austin, TX area. I appreciate that is is vegan but it is very flavorful still. The flavors aren’t overpowering and they taste exactly how the flavors describe them. Kudos to the producers! I gave a 4/5 score for packaging because the package was a little large for the product but it was safe and sound. Everything is 5/5.

This stuff really works! I just started warming up and already sweating! Definitely helps with a little boost of energy also.. I found myself working out longer than I normally would! And the taste... 10 out of 10!! Best tasting BCAA I’ve ever had! This is a must try!!

Flavor was great and super easy to drink. Being the first time I take BCAAs, I can really feel a difference on days that I forget to take them. I can put in 2+ hours of workouts and it still reduces muscle soreness on the following day too.

Was hoping to get an extra boost but nothing of a sorts. I’m going to continue with it since I paid a lot for it and hope that the effects maybe change. We shall see. I normally love their products.

LOVE this stuff! It tastes excellent, and I don't do a workout without it now. I take a pretty big water bottle to the gym with me, 32 ounces, and one scoop of this is strong enough to make it taste good even with that much water. I drink it throughout the workout, and finish what's left over afterwards, and I definitely recover better when I use it.The flavor is excellent too, a nice bonus in the middle of a hard workout.

I liked the results I got but I wasn't a huge fan of the after effects of chills and body buzz. I would drink this stuff on my way to the gym, workout for 75-90 minutes and then go home. Most of the time, this stuff must have been kicking in toward the end of my workout and I would get home and be freezing cold and have to take a warm shower to get the chills to go away.
