This is definitely a "back to simplicity" solution for messaging sore muscles effectively without the need for motorized options. You control the strength and intensity of the massage with your actions. The shape is just right so you can reach most large muscle groups on your arms, chest, belly, thighs and legs. I found it more difficult for the back and buttocks. All in all, considering the cost, we're very happy with it!

It is a simple product but so effective. I have been stressed lately and one night I slept in a bad position, which made my neck and left shoulder very painful. By using this tool on that part of my body felt so relaxing and eased my pain. Using it all over my body gives me a relaxing sensation after taking a shower.
