Double sided
If it's meant to hang, why is it double sided?! Don't buy if you're wanting it for the wall!

Useful trigger point poster is 2 sided - not great for hanging on a wall
Trigger Point Anatomy Map - Office Wall Poster for ReferenceI'm not a professional massage therapist or physical therapist, I'm just interested in trigger points.Several years ago, I had a pain in my derrière that increasingly got worse over a 2 year period. It got so bad that I found it difficult to walk very far, sit very long, and the pain would wake me up at night. After searching on the internet, I learned I had piriformis syndrome. With more searching, I learned I could probably get a shot in the rear to rid myself of the pain or I could try deep stroke massage.I purchased an awesome trigger point manual by Clair Davies , "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook: Your Self-Treatment Guide for Pain Relief", and learned all about trigger points and deep stroke massage. My daughter a PTA helped me locate trigger points that I applied deep stroke massage to...and my pain went away in a few days. Since that experience, I also helped my hubby who has Parkinson's Disease overcome dizziness that was so debilitating that he could hardly walk across the room.Using the manual, I learned there are 3 trigger points in the neck that might have been causing his dizziness. (He also had some other symptoms besides dizziness...one was words dancing on the page. When he tried to read, the words would move on the page & it would take him forever to read a paragraph). I took the information to his next massage appt. The therapist carefully massaged the trigger points which are close to the carotid artery & his dizziness was gone. Just like that gone in less than a week.I find trigger points amazing. Carpal tunnel can often be relieved by massaging trigger points.I felt I just had to have this poster. I found a few lines that didn't have a reference point, no dots on the end and no description; also I found some dots with no lines pointing to them. I didn't mark the areas and after a quick search I couldn't find them again. Maybe if I was a student of trigger points I'd understand why the info is missing.I don't know if the poster is accurate and will be referring to the poster when I need to use my Trigger Point Workbook.I removed one star because this poster is two sided...my gosh, for the life of me, I don't understand why they didn't print two posters (a front and a back) especially since this is advertised as being a wall poster. The poster is shipped rolled up in a tube which I'm using to store the poster.

Double sided, versatile size
Simple and concise, this shows areas for administering myofascial release. This is probably obvious to anyone buying this product, but myofascial release involves gently scraping or massaging areas with the intent of breaking up adhesions or diminishing inflammation along the facia of the muscle, which is a thin tissue that surrounds all muscles. The size is small enough to hang on the door, but large enough to be quite legible. Good product.

Great for beginners to this kind of information .
I've been very interested in alternative methods of healing lately and find this extraordinarily helpful to have on hand, as it allows me to reference within moments...and not need to grab my phone or laptop, which can just be distracting...
