Test your recipes first, strong pectin!
Wish the product would include suggested amounts to add for making jellies, etc. Used the amount from a recipe that had another pectin brand and turned out too strong of a pectin taste. Otherwise set just fine.

Made jam, this pectin works like a charm.

Doesn't dissolve completely
It thickens the liquid nicely, but since there was no required quantity of pectin indicated for the measure of liquid (and since I have seen in the reviews earlier that it thickens too much) I added a little less than needed. A measure of pectin for amount of liquid will be helpful.The pectin didn't dissolve completely and I had to filter the undissolved pectin out.
