Using it when l have headache. Just 1drop to the forehead. Also helps to fall asleep by rubbing the oil on the forehead. If nose is stuffed up because of a cold, rubbing it around the nose or also on the chest. Even one drop on the pillow or in hot water to inhale when sick. I am using this oil for the past 45 years .
