Poor instructions and unnecesary items in the package
It appears there are only a third of the items in this package that are actually required to make sushi. The instructions at least don't seem to cover much.

Very poor quality bazooka
Overall it was good value, knife is of good quality, but the bazooka is of very poor quality it broke off in one use, so now I use the mats
