The 1st two uses, the Pen worked great. I saw results and all was well. Until the 3rd use. The Pen would light up however it would not operate. I contacted Foxy Wares, and although they contacted me back immediately stating they would replace the device, they only needed my physical address as they did not have access to that information. I promptly returned my address to them....one week, no reply, no pen. Two weeks, I sent another message as to the progress of the replacement. Again, no reply, no pen. Unfortunately, I did like the product at first therefore I did throw out the packaging and the product no longer qualified for a refund. I had to eat the cost on this one since after a month, there is still no reply from the seller and still no replacement product.

It lasted only for one month.

I bought this to boost the collagen in my face and have not seen any results as of yet but I’ve only used it three times (once a week). I will say that I had an age spot on my hand and I thought I wonder if it will work here and I did it and the age spot is gone after one use and it was the biggest one I had on my hand. It can be painful if you have it up too high so I recommend it being on the lowest setting which is 0.5.
